Register with your email, name and store name to access your seller dashboard immediately. Already registered? Use seller sign-in to reach your dashboard.
Set up your business for orders
Complete your business, banking and collection details from your dashboard. Confirm your email before submitting products or requesting payouts. A complete collection address is required before products can be submitted for review or go live.
Keep product descriptions, variant prices, stock and packed parcel measurements accurate. Shippable variants need explicit weight and dimensions; each product must pass review before publication.
Seller fees
No subscription is required to sell on Piessang, and there are no Piessang stocking fees for goods you store and dispatch yourself.
When you make a sale, Piessang earns a category-based success fee (commission). The table below helps you understand that fee before you list, whether you sell physical goods or eligible digital products.

How the success fee works
The percentage applies to the item’s VAT-inclusive selling amount after discounts. Customer delivery charges are excluded from that calculation. The fee is deducted from seller earnings; you do not pay a separate success fee just to submit a listing.
The rate and amount are recorded with each order. Later rate updates do not rewrite fees on existing orders.
Delivery and payouts
Delivery is quoted separately at checkout using the customer’s address and your packed parcel measurements. These percentages do not include delivery or optional services.
Your seller dashboard shows order earnings, success fees and payout activity. Refunds and active return or dispute holds can affect the amount available for payout.
Shipping & fulfilment
Maintain a complete seller collection profile and the product's packed parcel details. Courier Guy quotes, shipment booking, labels and tracking are managed through the marketplace shipping workflow.
When a customer starts an eligible free return, Piessang arranges the collection back to the seller. Follow the return and inspection workflow in the seller dashboard. Product-category return eligibility is controlled by Piessang, not individual sellers.
