Free returns within 14 days on eligible items

Piessang sets free-return eligibility at category level. Sellers do not choose whether an individual product is returnable. Check the return information on the product page before buying; the policy recorded on your order is used for your return.

The free-return flow covers eligible physical items after delivery. Start your request within 14 days of delivery. Return items in the condition supplied, without additional use or wear, with their original included parts and securely packed for collection. For preloved items, the supplied condition includes the wear disclosed at purchase. Digital products are not part of the physical free-return collection service.

We arrange and pay for eligible return collection

You do not need to book your own courier for an eligible free return. Piessang arranges the Courier Guy collection and provides its details in your account.

1. Open Your orders and select the eligible delivered item, quantity and reason for return.
2. Pack the item securely in suitable return packaging, including its original parts.
3. Follow the collection details in your account and track the return to the seller.
4. Once the item arrives and is inspected, follow the return and refund progress in your account.

Following your refund

Refunds are processed after the return has been received and inspected. Card refunds are sent through the original payment route; any refunded store-credit portion is restored to your store-credit balance. Your account shows the refund status.

Refund processing and bank posting are separate steps. Contact support if you need help understanding the status; an immediate bank credit is not promised.

Wrong, damaged or faulty items

Not being eligible for voluntary free returns does not remove the problem-reporting route. Report a wrong, damaged or faulty item from its order, or contact support. Piessang will review the issue; your applicable consumer rights are not affected.
