A few things you might be wondering.
Does Pro guarantee sales or the first search result?
Pro gives eligible products access to relevant sponsored placements. Availability, product relevance and shopper traffic determine exposure. Your analytics show what was actually recorded.
What happens if I cancel?
Your paid benefits continue until the end of your current period. Existing product images remain available. If you exceed the free storage allowance after expiry, remove unused files or renew before adding more.
Can I switch monthly and yearly billing?
Yes. Schedule a change in Finance → Billing. Your current period remains in place and the new price starts at renewal.
Can my staff use Pro?
Authorised staff share the store’s tools and allowances. Only the owner manages billing.
Is there a separate subscription for every feature?
No. One Piessang Pro membership includes the seller package. Choose monthly or yearly billing.
